An excellent experience the shop had a good selection of log burners to choose from and prices were very competitive. I arranged fitting at the same time as I made the purchase of the log burner and this went ahead with no problems. Fitters arrived as agreed and were very clean, tidying up when the job was complete.

I’m really sorry to have to write this and I’ve tried to have conversations with the owner of this company with regards to the dual fuel burner that was fitted just over a week ago. The fitter walked in the house and was immediately rude, he continued this whilst fitting the tubing down the chimney. He was extremely loud and abrupt. I organised this fitting for my elderly father who wanted the burner, however the horrible way we were treated really made us feel like we shouldn’t have bothered and he could have saved his £4500 instead! The burner is not central in the fire surround and the fitter altered the hearth as the door supposedly didn’t open fully. He removed smaller cream tiles and replaced it with one long white part tile which looks ridiculous. He chipped the tiles around this and fitted the tile with clear mastic instead of grout. At no point was any measurement taken to check the burner would fit correctly, if we had known that it needed a new surround one could have been purchased and could have been replaced at the same time as fitting the new burner. We are really upset at our treatment. My father who is nearly 90 years old has been left to feel belittled and so very disappointed at both the fitting and service we’ve received from this company. I had such high hopes as they appeared so friendly and kind in our interactions whilst we were deciding whether or not to go ahead with the purchase, but I guess that’s the way of the world we live in these days, all nice whilst they’re trying to get your money and once they have it they wash their hands of you! Disappointed doesn’t cover it really 😔

Just had our Heta Ambition 5 supplied and fitted. Extremely smooth process start to finish and all of the work was done within a day. Charlie & Scott were full of information and gave us plenty of options from all aspects of the fireplace, and made us feel confident in the choices we chose. As I entered the shop on Chatsworth road I was greeted politely and professionally and made to feel welcome, the gentle asked what I was looking for and how he could help full filling all my needs and nothing was an issue. Very prompt service from start to finish. The 2 installers the same polite friendly and professional, completed to a very high standard leaving no mess behind. Very satisfied customer would highly recommend.

Our experience was far from all the 5 star reviews... Turned up several hours late. Rushed the job when they finally arrived. Insisted the fireplace was faulty & required the manufacturer's engineer to attend to repair (it wasn't, it just hadn't been connected properly - according to the manufacturer's engineer). Took a week for them to collect the waste that was dumped on our front lawn. Took nearly 2 weeks for them to come back to finish the job. It's about 6 weeks after & we still haven't received any Gas Safe documentation for the gas supply they capped. Communication was poor & everything about them seems disorganised. Thankfully the completed fireplace looks ok (despite the wonky oak beam mantel!).

Just had my stove installed last week and it's absolutely amazing. Kitchen was so cold and now it's practically on fire. It's so lovely and warm. Great communication from Charlie who came and gave us the quote and then fab installation by Luke and his colleague on an extremely cold day. Felt very sorry for them. Fab job all round. Highly recommend and hopefully one day I'll be back to get the living room stove put in. THANKYOU
